Information and Declaration About This Site

Purpose

This site is dedicated to providing transparent information on daily rates reported by supply staff across various agencies in the UK. The goal is to highlight potential discrepancies and promote greater transparency in pay.

It serves as a free, accessible resource where educators, supply staff, and the public can see how various agencies compensate their personnel, offering a candid look at compensation trends across the industry.

We hope to bring attention to recent findings regarding the gap between school budgets allocated to staffing and the actual earnings of supply staff, shedding light on how some agencies may disproportionately retain funds intended for educational support.

How It Works

Visitors can explore various categories to review pay information specific to supply staff roles, including teachers, teaching assistants, and other support staff.

Any supply staff member can anonymously submit a payslip to report their agency's pay rate. Your privacy is fully safeguarded: there is no identifiable information tied to your submission, and agencies cannot trace it back to you.

Some agencies may claim that sharing pay information is restricted by contract; however, under the Equality Act 2010, pay transparency is protected by law.

- This site does not store any personal information covered by GDPR, as no names or identifiable details are collected or kept.

- To ensure confidentiality, every line of code was developed without third-party tracking services, meaning submissions remain anonymous and secure.

Inquiries from agencies regarding data stored on the backend will not be entertained; all data is transparently displayed on the site for public view.
